Receptionnist and cook

Stéphanie arrived in 2003 and came on holiday from Marseille. Life in the bush seduced her: her rhythm and quality of life made her decide to stay. It was therefore natural that she settled on Bourail, to meet Manu and has since joined him in the NEKWETA adventure.
She has been running the gîte and the table d'hôtes for more than 11 years.
It is with great pleasure that she will welcome you, guide you to discover the surroundings, and will be able to give you precious advice for the rest of your stay.
At the table it is local; do not ask her what will be on the menu too long in advance. She won't be able to answer you as she cooks local products that she gets from her garden and the market, depending on the fishing or hunting of the moment, which is the basis of her delicious dishes full of flavour.
