The table d'hôtes offers you a cuisine prepared with local products carefully chosen in our garden or at the local market.
All venison, beef and pork meats are from the Bourail area, and are exquisite, the kind of to-die-for stuff. Fruits and vegetables are equally fresh. Dining at Nëkwéta is also a great opportunity to taste fresh fish such as yellow fin tuna, mahi-mahi (dolphin fish), spanish mackerel, wahoo and parrot fish. All these produce are wonderfully cooked by the house mistress, Stéphanie. A fine selection of French wines is available to complement all meals. While waiting for your dinner, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation with an aperitif by the fire.
